Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is a free service that automatically deposits recurring income into any Coulee Bank checking or savings account you choose. Income received from your employer, Social Security, pension/retirement plans, Armed Forces, VA Benefits, and annuity/dividend payments may all be eligible for Direct Deposit.

  • Convenient. Your money is automatically deposited into your Coulee Bank checking or savings account.
  • Quick. You have instant access to your money the day of the deposit.
  • Secure. No need to worry about checks getting lost or stolen.

Download the Payroll Authorization Form and follow the simple steps below to set up Direct Deposit.

  1. Contact your employer or payer and ask them if they offer Direct Deposit. If so, your payer may need you to complete a form or provide a voided check to process your request for Direct Deposit.

  2. Gather your account information. You will need to provide the type of account (checking or savings) and your account number.

  3. Check your account. It may be 1-2 months before Direct Deposits go into effect. Look for your first Direct Deposit about 2-4 weeks after your request.

Now you can do your banking and renew your vehicle license plates all at the same time. We offer an alternative to the DMV office for renewing your vehicle license plates! Just bring in your license plate renewal card, along with a $5 cash payment plus renewal fees (or check drawn on your Coulee Bank account), and we can instantly issue a sticker to renew vehicle plates for most passenger cars and trucks.

If you would like to take advantage of our new Vehicle License Plate Renewal service or have any questions about it, please call us at (608) 784-9550 and ask for Angel, Libby or Shari at the Losey Boulevard location.

On October 3, 2008, FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013. For more information please contact Coulee Bank or visit www.fdic.gov.

Beginning July 1, 2010 Coulee Bank will no longer participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Thus, after June 30, 2010, funds held in non-interest bearing transaction accounts will no longer be guaranteed in full under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, but will be insured up to $250,000 under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
