Bill Pay Assistance

Bill Pay

  • Logging in to Bill Pay:
    • Login to your Home Branch account
    • Click on the Bill Payment tab
    • Enter your Bill Pay PIN: Enter the Bill Pay PIN you have already created. If this is the first time accessing Bill Pay, or after your Bill Pay has been reset, enter the last four digits of your tax ID/Social Security number
    • Click on the Submit button
    • The first time logging in to Bill Pay or after a reset you will need to change your PIN (see "Changing your Bill Pay PIN")
  • An electronic payment should be sent at least 3-4 business days before it is due
  • A check payment should be sent at least 5-7 business days before it is due

Changing your Bill Pay PIN (on 1st login or after a reset)

When you are presented with the page stating that you must change your PIN, please follow these steps:

  • In current PIN box, enter the last four digits of your tax ID/Social Security Number
  • In the new PIN box, enter a new Bill Pay PIN that you have created
  • In the third box, re-enter the new PIN that you have created
  • PIN requirements:
    • 6-8 characters
    • Numbers and letters only-no special characters, dashes, etc
    • Must have at least 1 letter
    • Must have at least 1 number
    • Cannot use any of your previous 4 PINs

Beginning July 1, 2010 Coulee Bank will no longer participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Thus, after June 30, 2010, funds held in non-interest bearing transaction accounts will no longer be guaranteed in full under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, but will be insured up to $250,000 under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
